Sam de Haas has a diverse work experience. Sam started their career as a part-time chauffeur at Autoreset in 2014 and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they also worked as a Consultant at GuruScan. From 2017 to 2018, they served as an HR Projectmedewerker at A.Hak, where they conducted an organizational structure analysis. In 2018, Sam joined ITDS Business Consultants as a Business Consultant Trainee, where they gained expertise in digitalization, risk management, and consultancy skills. Sam later became an Associate Business Consultant and eventually a Business Consultant. Since 2021, they have been working at International Card Services (ICS) as a Business Risk Expert, specializing in regulatory project management and risk management coordination. Currently, Sam holds the position of Business Developer Detecting Financial Crime at ICS.

Sam de Haas attended Commanderij College Gemert from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a VWO diploma.

From 2013 to 2014, Sam de Haas studied at Radboud University and earned a Propedeuse in Bedrijfskunde.

Continuing their studies at Radboud University, Sam de Haas pursued a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde from 2013 to 2017.

Finally, Sam de Haas pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Management at Radboud University from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Sam de Haas obtained several certifications. In January 2019, they achieved the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from PeopleCert. They also obtained the TMap Suite certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner in February 2019. In December 2018, Sam de Haas acquired the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. They also obtained the WFT Basis certification in January 2019, although the institution providing this certification is not specified.
