Caroline Vigneron Salerno has a diverse work experience in the field of arts administration and nonprofit management. Caroline started their career as a Lifeguard, Head Swim Coach, and Swim Instructor at the Oradell Swim Club from 2008 to 2013. Caroline then interned at the Atlantic Theater Company, where they provided administrative support for summer programming and assisted with marketing and development mailings.

In 2014, Caroline held multiple roles at the Manhattan Theatre Club, serving as a Development Associate for Special Events and an Education Intern. In their role as a Development Associate, they worked on donor cultivation events, fundraising activities, and communication with donors. As an Education Intern, Caroline processed registrations for education programs and served as a program coordinator for the 'Write Now' playwriting program.

Caroline also interned at The Broadway League in 2014, where they gained experience in education and membership services. Caroline then joined Symphony Space as an Education Assistant from 2015 to 2016, where they played a key role in creating and implementing arts programs for New York City schools. Their responsibilities included scheduling residencies, conducting research, coordinating mailings, and communicating with stakeholders.

Caroline furthered their career at Education Through Music from 2016 to 2018, initially as a Development Assistant and later as a Development Associate. In these roles, they contributed to fundraising efforts and provided support in various development activities.

From 2018 to 2021, Caroline served as a Philanthropy Manager at Urban Arts Partnership, where they focused on donor relations and fundraising. Caroline managed and cultivated relationships with philanthropic partners, contributing to the organization's success in securing funds for arts education programs.

Currently, Caroline is working as the Associate Director of Events and Corporate Partnerships at the International Center of Photography, a position they have held since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing events and fostering partnerships with corporate entities.
