Helga K. is an experienced professional in international relations and security policy, currently serving as the Lennart Meri Conference Director at the International Centre for Defence and Security (ICDS) since September 2023. Previously, Helga held the position of Director of NATO and Security Policy Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia from September 2022 to August 2023, and served as Political Counsellor at the Estonian Embassy in Washington from September 2019 to September 2022.
