Tomas Jermalavičius

Tomas Jermalavičius is an accomplished professional in the fields of defense and security, currently serving as the Head of Studies and a Research Fellow at the International Centre for Defence and Security (ICDS) since November 2008. Prior to this role, Tomas held the position of Dean at the Baltic Defence College from November 2005 to October 2008 and served as Deputy Director of the Department of Defence Policy & Planning at the Ministry of National Defence for a brief period in early 2005. Tomas also contributed as Deputy Dean at the Baltic Defence College from September 2001 to December 2004 and worked as a Desk Officer in the Security Policy Division of the Ministry of National Defence from April 1998 to September 2000. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in War Studies from King's College London, an MBA in Management from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Vilnius University.
