Perica Nikolić

Perica Nikolić is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on HR process reengineering and information management, currently serving as an HR Specialist at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since January 2020. Prior roles at ICMPD include HRIS and Data Management Officer and Associate Human Resources Officer, as well as positions in compensation and compliance, data administration, and project assistance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Public Registry Officer with the Government of Brcko District B&H. Perica Nikolić holds a graduate degree in Business Informatics from the University of East Sarajevo, obtained between 2001 and 2010.
