Soraya Mokarram

Soraya Mokarram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and e-learning coordination within various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Officer at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) since October 2023, Soraya oversees the Learning Management System (Moodle) for the Migration Capacity Partnerships for the Mediterranean Training Institute. Previously, Soraya worked as an E-Learning Coordinator at the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) from November 2020 to October 2023, facilitating communication between member states' asylum organizations and the Training and Learning Technologies Sector. With a background in education, Soraya also served as a University English Teacher at Universidad del Mar, teaching a range of subjects to students at various levels. Earlier roles include Communications and Change Manager at ING, where Soraya managed executive development programs and contributed to corporate compliance training. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Cultural & Media Studies from UWE Bristol, an MSc in Management Studies from UCN Northampton, and various certifications in HR and coaching.
