Yasin Uzun

Yasin Uzun is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Project Officer at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and as a part-time instructor for the Economics of Disruptive Technologies course at Bilkent University. With extensive experience in the Ministry of Trade in Turkey, Yasin holds roles as Advisor to The Minister and Head of Section for Behavioral Public Policy and Disruptive Technologies, focusing on projects like the Easy Export Platform and blockchain initiatives for export efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Policy Advisor in Trade Policy Analysis at the Ministry, Capstone Consultant at Oliver Wyman, and Credit Specialist at Türkiye İş Bankası. Yasin's educational background includes a PhD in Science and Technology Policies from Middle East Technical University and a Master’s in Public Administration from The London School of Economics, along with a Master of Arts in European Union Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University.
