Florence Binta Diao-Gueye

Florence Binta Diao-Gueye serves as the Global Policy Lead at the International Chamber of Commerce, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities include driving corporate engagement and developing policy insights on trade and customs issues. Prior roles at the ICC include Global Policy Manager and Policy & Network Coordination, with direct reporting to senior managers and engagement with over 1000 global members. Notably, Florence acted as rapporteur for the Incoterms 2020 revision process and supported initiatives such as Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy.
