Laurent Killias

Laurent Killias is a Partner at Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law since 2009 and serves as a Member of the International Court of Arbitration at the ICC Paris since July 2021. Additionally, Laurent is the Co-Editor of the Swiss Journal on Civil Procedural Law and a member of the Legal Committee at the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce, both roles held since 2021 and 2019 respectively. In the arts sector, Laurent is the Vice-Chair of the Zurich Chamber Orchestra since November 2020. Academically, Laurent has been a Board Member at Europa Institut an der Universität Zürich since 2017 and a Lecturer at the University of Zurich since 2012. As a co-founder and lecturer at the Swiss Arbitration Academy since 2010, Laurent has also contributed to ICC Switzerland as a member of the Swiss Arbitration Nomination Committee until June 2021. Academic qualifications include a lic. jur. from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. from King's College London.
