Santiago Eraso Lomáquiz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and public affairs. Since July 2020, Santiago holds the position of Senior Director of Legal Compliance and Public Affairs at MODO, previously serving as Director and Manager in the same department. Additionally, Santiago is the Vice President of the Intellectual Property Commission for Argentina at the International Chamber of Commerce. Santiago has also contributed to academia as the Coordinator of the Executive Program in Law & Fintech at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina. Santiago's legal career includes roles as an Associate and Paralegal at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal, as well as participation in the Technology Law Commission at the College of Lawyers in Buenos Aires. Early experiences include internships at AVOA and Marval. Santiago holds a law degree from Universidad Austral and completed an International Professional Summer Program in U.S. Intellectual Property Law at Stanford Law School.
