Alli Lake, Ph.D, PCC has a diverse work experience in the field of coaching and leadership education. Alli started their career as an Office Assistant and Convocations Manager at Centre College in 2009. From there, they held various positions such as CYC AmeriCorps College Readiness and Success Advisor at Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, Graduate Intern at Bellarmine University, and Graduate Assistant for Leadership and Service at the University of Louisville. More recently, they served as an Integrated Success Coach at the University of Kentucky before transitioning to Community Engagement Manager and Director of Strategic Initiatives at the International Coaching Federation. Throughout their career, Alli has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals.

Dr. Alli Lake has an extensive education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Spanish Language and Literature from Centre College in 2013, a Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville in 2017, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Policy and Evaluation with a focus on Higher Education from the University of Kentucky in 2022. Additionally, Dr. Lake has completed a Graduate Certificate in Research Methods in Education from the University of Kentucky in 2021.
