Giselle Lara

Throughout their career, Giselle Lara has held various HR leadership roles in different companies. Giselle started as a Human Resources Manager at Swissport in 2009, overseeing payroll and managing multiple stations. Giselle later worked at McDonald's as a Human Resources Manager, handling strategic planning and operations for six restaurants. Giselle also served as a Human Resources Manager at LA INNOVACION, managing the HR department for four locations. Giselle then became an Advisor for the Caribbean Region at Great Place to Work® Centroamérica & Caribe before transitioning to Macrotech as a Regional Senior Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR departments in multiple countries. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Communications at the International Coaching Federation.

Giselle Lara has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad APEC, obtained in 2005. Giselle later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the same university, completed in 2009. In 2012, they obtained a Diploma in Special Education and Teaching from Universidad APEC. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in coaching, HR management, and related areas from various institutions between 2017 and 2023.
