Meghan Hotchkiss Suslak

Meghan Hotchkiss Suslak is an experienced professional in volunteer engagement and program management, currently serving as the Director of Volunteer Engagement at the International Coaching Federation since March 2022. Previously, Meghan was the Senior Engagement Manager at the American Red Cross, where responsibilities included training and leading a regional volunteer screening team. At Cross-Cultural Solutions, Meghan successfully rebuilt the academic partnerships department, achieving a 10% increase in sales through new marketing strategies and strengthened relationships. As the Coordinator for Study Abroad at the University of North Florida, Meghan doubled participation in study abroad programs and provided comprehensive advisement for students. Meghan holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish Studies from American University.
