Elizabeth Silkes

Elizabeth Silkes has extensive experience in leadership roles within notable organizations dedicated to advocacy and social impact. As the Executive Director of the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience since June 2010, Elizabeth has guided initiatives aimed at promoting human rights and addressing historical injustices. Previously, Elizabeth served as CEO of Cinereach and held the position of Executive Director at FilmAid International from 2004 to 2007, where efforts focused on the intersection of film and humanitarian work. Additionally, from January 2001 to July 2004, Elizabeth worked at Amnesty International as the Director of Major Gifts, enhancing fundraising capabilities to support the organization's mission.
