De Jonckheere Sophie, MBA, possesses extensive experience in development and partnerships, currently serving as a Senior Development and Partnerships Consultant at the International Code of Conduct Association. As the Owner of FIT TO GROW, De Jonckheere focuses on organisational development support. Previous roles include Development Strategist and Development and Communications Director at Eurogroup for Animals, along with Senior Partnerships Manager positions.
