Christopher Hall serves as the Program Director for Government Affairs & Industry Relations at PHI Health, LLC since July 2012, while also holding positions at the Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) as a Regent for the Medical Transport Leadership Institute and as a Director At Large, leading the Public Affairs Committee. Christopher has been involved with the International College of Advanced Practice Paramedics as Past President and chair of the Government & Legislative Affairs Committee since October 2010. Additionally, Christopher contributed as a Board Member of the Tim Hynes Foundation from June 2013 to February 2019, focusing on safety and education for paramedics. Previous experience includes roles such as Coordinator of Clinical Education and Flight Paramedic at PHI Air Medical and Flight Paramedic at Mercy Flights, Inc. Christopher's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and various certifications and degrees in emergency medical services, health promotion, and fitness management.

Founded in 1986, the National Flight Paramedic Association, currently known as the International College of Advanced Practice Paramedics, is the largest independent paramedic association in the world. Our focus is the professional paramedic, and our purpose is to serve as advocates for the profession on an international basis. I-CAPP members are involved in caring for patients in hospitals, clinics, and non-traditional environments or transporting critical care level patients by fixed-wing, rotor-wing, ground ambulance, or other means.
