Erika Ambrosio started their professional career as an intern at McCann Erickson in 2008. Erika then worked as a Senior Business Development Associate at John Clements Consultants, Inc. from September 2009 to June 2010. After that, they joined AboitizPower as a Key Accounts Supervisor, where they managed and closed deals with industrial, commercial, and institutional customer accounts from July 2010 to December 2014. Since January 2015, Erika has been working at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. as the Head of Customer Experience.

Erika Ambrosio completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they studied Development Communication at the University of the Philippines Los Baños from 2004 to 2005. Erika completed their high school education at Ateneo de Davao University from 2000 to 2004.
