Eamonn Mulholland

Eamonn Mulholland is a Senior Policy Advisor at Department for Transport in the UK. Prior to this, Eamonn worked as a Researcher at The International Council on Clean Transportation focusing on CO2 standards for heavy-duty vehicles. Eamonn also served as a Research Fellow at the European Commission, a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, Davis, an Intern Analyst at the International Energy Agency, and an Intern Applications Engineer at Shimmer Research. Eamonn holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Energy Engineering from University College Cork.
