Daniel Costelloe currently serves as an Associate Legal Officer at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) since May 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel held various positions including Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate at WilmerHale from October 2013 to May 2021. Daniel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public International Law from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from UCL. Additionally, Daniel received a Diplôme d’études de droit français from Université Paul Cézanne.
