Isabelle Hoyet

Isabelle Hoyet currently serves as Judge's Secretary at the International Court of Justice and simultaneously holds the same position at the United Nations, both since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Administrative Assistant at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon from March 2011 to October 2018, and Judge's Assistant at the ICTY for a brief period in early 2011. Isabelle began a career in secretarial and administrative roles, starting as Executive Secretary at Achmea and holding various positions in organizations like Zilveren Kruis and ESA/ESTEC. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The Open University and studies in French language and law at Leiden University, among other qualifications in secretarial training.
