Senior Analyst at International Crisis Group

Sarah H. currently holds the position of Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and serves as a Senior Analyst at the International Crisis Group. Previously, Sarah H. worked as Associate General Counsel for the United States Department of Defense and as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center. Other roles include being a Brimley Next Generation Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, Counselor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and Regional Voting Rights Director at Battleground Texas. Sarah H. holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in National Security from Georgetown University Law Center, a Doctor of Law (JD) from South Texas College of Law Houston, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Texas State University.
