As a People and Culture Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources team by contributing to various projects and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Audits

  • Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance Sr. Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Policy/Procedure Development Support

  • Support the HR team in developing and updating company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information and best practices to inform policy development.

Wellness Calendar Development Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive wellness calendar aimed at promoting employee well-being.
  • Collaborate with various departments to organize wellness initiatives, events, and programs.

HR Annual Calendar Development Support

  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of HR activities throughout the year.
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR-related events.

HR Intranet Site

  • Support the maintenance and update of the HR intranet site with relevant information, resources, and announcements.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the intranet site is user-friendly and up to date.
