Lauren Riley

Lauren Riley currently serves as the Director of Gender Equity and Social Inclusion at iDE, a position held since April 2021, while also working as an Adjunct Lecturer at Guilford Technical Community College since December 2020. Previous academic roles include ad-hoc and sessional lecturer positions at Robert Gordon University and ICRGU, along with adjunct professorship at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Riley's experience encompasses research and project coordination related to equality and diversity, notably as a Project Coordinator for gender equality initiatives at Robert Gordon University and an Equality and Diversity Research Intern at Skills Development Scotland. A background in marketing is evident from past roles at Alaska SBDC and UMass Dartmouth, along with practical experience in community engagement and small business development gained through the Peace Corps in Morocco. Lauren holds a PhD in Management from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
