Mehedi Hasan

Mehedi Hasan is an experienced professional with a strong background in market development and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Market Development Field Technical Specialist at iDE (International Development Enterprises) since April 2021, Mehedi Hasan leads stakeholder engagement and advocacy initiatives within the Nabapallab Project. Previously, as a Business Development Officer at iDE, Mehedi Hasan implemented market linkage and supply chain activities while coordinating with local government entities. Prior experience includes roles at Bangladesh Red Crescent Society as a WaSH Officer, ensuring effective delivery of water, sanitation, and hygiene programs, and at SAJIDA Foundation as a Project Officer assessing community needs. Mehedi Hasan also worked at SAMAHAR as a Research Associate focused on monitoring and data collection. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environment and Disaster Management from Jagannath University and two degrees in Economics from Islamic University, Bangladesh.
