Andree Leduc

Andree Leduc holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University and has extensive experience in employee and labour relations, health and safety, and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Employee and Labour Relations & Health and Safety at the International Development Research Centre since June 2018, Andree has previously contributed to Canada Post in various roles, including acting Manager of Labour Relations and Officer of Labour Relations, where responsibilities included developing strategies for grievance arbitrations and coaching team leaders. Additional experience includes a role as a Recruiter at the Canadian Institute for Health Information, with earlier positions at the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, encompassing a wide range of human resource functions. Andree's education also includes a Labour Relations Certificate from Queen's University and a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Alberta.
