Rob Kass

Rob Kass is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at E-Z UP since 2023, Rob has previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Pure Archery Group from 2019 to 2023. During the same period, Rob contributed as a Board Member at GrowlerWerks. Rob’s notable past roles include President at GERBER, Chief Marketing Officer at Elkay Manufacturing, and Vice President at American Standard Brands. Rob's career began at Sikorsky Aircraft as a Human Factors Engineer, progressing through various managerial positions at Black & Decker and Overhead Door. Rob holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Engineering Psychology from Tufts University.
