Charlotte Clark

Charlotte Clark is an experienced professional in technology and economic development, currently serving as an Economic Recovery Corps (ERC) Fellow with the International Economic Development Council and co-leading the District Angels Venture Fellowship Program with the DC Tech & Venture Coalition. With a background that includes roles such as Director of Technology Infrastructure & Workflow at Black Excellence Inc, Project Coordinator at Tech Venture Studio at UMKC Innovation Center, and Co-Founder & CTO at Foresight (Techstars 2023), Charlotte has demonstrated a commitment to supporting BIPOC-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. Education was obtained from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science was earned. Charlotte has also contributed as a Senior Product Manager at Hudl and as a Product Development Consultant, showcasing a strong foundation in product strategy and development processes.
