Mourtzis Dimitris

Mourtzis Dimitris is a prominent academic with extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering and management. Currently serving as a Governing Board Member representing European Academia at the CLEAN AVIATION Joint Undertaking and as a Scientific Officer for GDPR compliance and quality management at the University of Patras, Mourtzis also holds roles as Vice President of the Research and Development Council and Fellow of the Society for Promoting Education and Learning. With over a decade at the Laboratory for Manufacturing Systems and Automation, Mourtzis has progressed through various academic positions to Professor and Director. Additionally, Mourtzis is involved with multiple international organizations, including CIRP as a Fellow Member and IFAC as an Educational Liaison. Mourtzis holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras.
