Elkhan Rahimov

Elkhan Rahimov has extensive leadership experience in humanitarian organizations, notably serving as the Head of Delegation for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, and Timor-Leste since January 2008, and holding various senior positions within IFRC, including Deputy Regional Director for Europe and Regional Director a.i. for Europe.
