Fran Collis

Fran Collis is an experienced professional in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as a Grant Management Coordinator for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies since April 2024. Prior roles include FCDO Project Coordinator and Programmes and Partnerships Support Officer at British Red Cross from August 2018 to April 2024, as well as various positions focused on refugee services and family tracing. Fran's academic background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, a Master of Laws in International Human Rights Law from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution. Fran also contributed as a Sexual and Reproductive Rights Officer for the Amnesty International Student Society and gained experience in law and journalism through previous internships and work positions.
