Lisa Rosen has extensive work experience in the finance and legal sectors. Lisa began their career as a lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in 1993 and later worked as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer until 2000. Lisa then joined Merrill Lynch, where they served as the EMEA Head of Litigation and Contentious Regulatory for nine years. In 2010, Lisa joined Barclays as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs before transitioning to LCH.Clearnet as the Head of Compliance and Public Affairs in 2012. Lisa then held the role of Chief Compliance Officer at EBRD from 2014 to 2021, followed by a role as the Chief Compliance Officer at Bank of England until 2023. Currently, Lisa is serving as the Vice President at The World Bank.
Lisa Rosen has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Fordham University School of Law, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1990, they pursued a Master's Degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Lisa completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and History at Vanderbilt University, attending from 1985 to 1989. Additionally, Lisa has also studied International Relations and Affairs at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), though the specific duration is unknown. Lisa completed their secondary education at The Spence School.
