Tony Falcioni

Tony Falcioni has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tony began their career in sales at Dufferin Games in 1998 and then moved on to become a Store Operations Coordinator at The Bombay Company. In 2001, they joined Towers Perrin/EDS as a Call Centre Supervisor before transitioning to Mercer in 2005, where they served as the National Call Centre Manager. In 2010, Tony took on the role of Principal at Morneau Sobeco before joining OMERS as the Director of Pension Operations later that year. At OMERS, they were responsible for overseeing all activities related to member, employer, and retiree pension transactions. In 2017, Tony joined International Financial Data Services (IFDS) as the Director of Business Operations & Strategy. Tony later took on the role of Director of Domestic Operations and Dealer Relations.
