Akshay G.

Akshay G. currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Business Intelligence at International Flavors & Fragrances since January 2018, following a role as Global Strategy Manager. Akshay is also the Co-Founder of the INSEAD Summer Start-Up Tour, a position held since July 2017. Prior experience includes various roles at IFF from October 2010 to September 2016, including Global Account Coordinator for the P&G Account and Strategic Planner in Personal Care, along with a stint as a Management Trainee at Bombardier Transportation from September 2008 to February 2010, which involved work on metro and high-speed train designs across Germany, Sweden, and France. Akshay began a career in product design as an intern at Siemens VDO Automotive in early 2007. Academic qualifications include an M.B.A. in General Management with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from INSEAD and a B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering (Product Design & Development) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
