Bart van Dommelen is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the flavors and additives industry. Currently serving as the Global Procurement Category Director for Hydrocolloids & Additives at International Flavors & Fragrances since March 2019, Bart previously held the position of Global Procurement Category Manager for Functional Ingredients within the same company. Prior to that, Bart was the Procurement Category Manager for Contract Manufacturing & Logistics at Corbion. With a background at The Kraft Heinz Company as Global Category Lead for Food Additives and European Buyer for Food Additives, Bart has a strong track record in developing global sourcing strategies and managing cost-reduction initiatives.
