Carla Falchi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product design, business development, and marketing within the fragrance and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as VP of Global Product Design & Ventures at IFF since October 2010, Carla drives innovative scented product offerings that enhance consumer delight and foster profitable growth. Previous roles at IFF include VP of Business Development & Strategy and Global Business Strategy Director. Prior to IFF, Carla held various marketing director positions at L'Oréal, overseeing well-known brands such as Colorama, Maybelline, L'Oréal Paris, and La Roche-Posay. Carla's educational background includes a Mastering in Business Agility from INSEAD and multiple MBAs focused on marketing and business administration from institutions including Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and FGV.
