Erica Brown has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, holding various positions from intern to a management role. Currently a Design Manager and Principal Scientist at International Flavors & Fragrances since May 2008, Erica has previously served as a Senior Food Technologist. Prior roles include Food Technologist at Kerry Americas, Beverage Technologist at Firmenich, and Food Technologist at Givaudan. Erica began the career as an intern at Robertet Flavors Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, earned in 1998.
