Fan Li

Fan Li is the founder and principal of Apex 974 LLC, established in January 2023, which focuses on developing knowledge systems and AI solutions for research and development. Currently serving as a lead scientist at IFF since February 2021, Fan Li has extensive experience in data science and R&D, having previously held several key positions at DuPont from March 2010 to January 2021, including senior principal investigator and founding data scientist. Fan Li's work encompasses competitive intelligence, language models, knowledge graphs, and digital transformations in R&D. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry and English from Tianjin University.
