Farley Baricuatro

Farley Baricuatro is a seasoned global sourcing manager with extensive experience in the chemical and flavor industries. Currently serving at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2021, Farley develops and implements strategies for warm water seaweed and extracts, aligning procurement with global business functions. Prior to this role, Farley held similar positions at DuPont from November 2017 to January 2021 and FMC Corporation from February 1991 to November 2017, where responsibilities included executing strategic sourcing and managing process development teams. Farley's earlier career also includes a position as Assistant Professor at the University of San Carlos and various roles in research and crop chemistry across the Indo-Pacific region. Farley holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of San Carlos.
