Karoline Mathias Leite possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and application science fields. Currently serving as the Senior Application Scientist for LATAM Southern Cone at IFF, Karoline previously held the position of Technical Manager for Latin America at DFE Pharma. Additionally, Karoline has contributed to academia as a lecturer in Pharmaceutical Research and Development at both Biopark and Instituto Racine. Karoline's professional background also includes roles at Colorcon®, where responsibilities included serving as Laboratory Supervisor and Inside Technical, as well as Application Laboratory Analyst.
