Rick Reynolds is an accomplished scientist and leader with extensive experience in the fields of formulations and product development. Currently serving as the Lead Scientist and Subject Matter Expert for Formulations at International Flavors & Fragrances, Rick also holds the role of President at Thomas Cove Maintenance Corp, where responsibilities include managing community properties and budgets. Previous positions span prominent companies such as Corteva Agriscience, The Chemours Company, and DuPont, where Rick achieved significant advancements in sustainable binder polymers and formulated products. With a foundational education in Chemistry from Rider University, Rick has built a diverse career that encompasses technical leadership, team management, and contributions to community education through volunteer roles in self-defense instruction.
