Romy Bachtiar has extensive experience in administrative and general affairs management, currently serving as the Adm. Personnel & GA Manager at PT Essence Indonesia under International Flavors & Fragrances since August 2015. Responsibilities include managing company legality, personnel administration, outsourcing services, CSR programs, and internal and external audits. Prior experience includes roles as Facility Manager at Bentoel Group, General Affairs Group Manager at PT. JGC Indonesia, and General Affairs Supervisor positions at PT Anugrah Argon Medica and PT Kiani Kertas. Earlier career stages feature work as Legal Staff at PT. Sempati Air and Inventory & Distribution Administration Staff at PT. USI-IBM. Romy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, completed in 1995.
