Tatiana Ávila Ylisastegui is a seasoned professional currently serving as Director, HR Business Partner, EAME, at IFF, where responsibilities include driving key talent initiatives across the Taste & Food Ingredients businesses. With a background in global talent management, Tatiana has successfully built and led global talent processes to support operations while partnering with leaders to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
