Yetti Nova Triana Sinaga

Yetti Nova Triana Sinaga serves as the Indonesia People Services Cluster Leader at International Flavors & Fragrances since March 2020, contributing to strategic HR functions following the merger with Nutrition & Biosciences. Previous roles include Head HRBP Indonesia at the same company and Corporate Head of HR at BORWITA CITRA PRIMA. Yetti has extensive HR experience across multiple industries, having worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as Sr. Manager, HRBP for South East Asia, and SC Johnson as Associate Manager HR Business Partner & Talent Development. Yetti commenced a career in HR with positions focused on continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
