Yi Zhang

Yi Zhang is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in developing innovative materials across various sectors. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at International Flavors & Fragrances since March 2018, Yi Zhang focuses on creating advanced delivery systems for fragrance and flavor applications in consumer products. Prior positions include Sr. R&D Scientist at Aristech Surfaces LLC, where Yi Zhang developed acrylic and polyester-based products, and Sr. Research Scientist at Ashland Specialty Ingredients, concentrating on novel polymeric products for an array of industries, including oilfield and personal care. Yi Zhang's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biomaterials from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Peking University.
