Gina la Hera Fuentes

Gina La Hera Fuentes is a Research Assistant at Southern Cross University since January 2022 and holds multiple roles at the University of Newcastle, including PhD student, Research Assistant, and Project Manager, all starting from July 2019. Additionally, Gina serves as a Senior Lecturer at UNSW since February 2020 and has been a Researcher at INSP-Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública since 2014. Gina is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Economics at the University of Newcastle, with an expected completion date in 2024. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Health Sciences - Biostatistics from the National Institute of Public Health in Mexico and a Specialist degree in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, along with a Doctor of Medicine degree from the same institution. A Data Science for Business qualification was obtained from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2018.
