Kevin Bentley

Kevin Bentley, MBA, MSIS, CSM, Prosci, currently serves as an Advisor for the Food Tech Council at Lunchbox and as the Head of Technology for North America at Jollibee Group of Companies. Bentley holds several prominent roles, including Chapter Chairs Board Representative and Co-Chair of the Atlanta Chapter for the International Food and Beverage Technology Association, and a member of the RTN Board of Governors at the Restaurant Technology Network. Bentley's experience also includes being a Principal and Owner at K2B Enterprises, where responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of a new POS system for Tropical Smoothie Café. As a PSIA-AASI Certified Level 3 Snowboard Instructor at Vail Resorts since 2009, Bentley has demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and strategic client growth. Further experience includes advisory roles at Toast and leadership positions at Papa Gino’s and Inspire Brands. Education includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, an MSIS from Northwestern University, an MBA from Rice Business, and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
