Caroline Chaumont

Caroline Chaumont is a seasoned communication and media relations specialist with extensive experience in humanitarian and development sectors. Currently serving as the Global Media Outreach Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development since September 2017, Caroline has held various roles including Freelance Media Relations & Communication Advisor since 2009 and Outreach and Communication Consultant at FAO from January 2016 to July 2017. Previous positions include Media Relations Officer at IFAD and Food Security Analyst at the World Food Programme, where analytical skills were applied to assess food security and nutrition in multiple countries. Caroline’s journalism background is supported by a Master's degree from Columbia University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Politics from the University of Exeter and Sciences Po Lyon.
