Maria Soledad Marco

Maria Soledad Marco is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in results monitoring, management, and reporting, currently serving as a Senior Results and Resources Specialist at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since February 2015. Maria has led the development of operational results monitoring guidelines, advised senior leadership during critical periods, and facilitated inter-departmental collaboration on COVID response strategies. With a career at IFAD spanning over a decade, Maria has held various roles including Results and Performance Management Officer and consultant positions across multiple divisions. Maria holds a postgraduate certificate in Poverty Reduction: Policy and Practice from the University of London, a master’s in Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford, and a BA with Honours in Literature from Liverpool John Moores University.
