Pierre Moreau-Peron

Pierre Moreau-Péron is the Director of Human Resources (HR) for the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). He supervises a team of professionals who strive to provide the best HR policies and solutions, as well as ensure the recruitment and development of the most qualified talents to support the mandate of the Fund.

Moreau-Péron joined IFAD in October 2015 after more than 30 years of HR experience, including 20 years as an HR Director and more than half of his career spent abroad. He occupied high-level positions in NATO (Deputy ASG, HR Director), UNOPS (HR Director), and UNFPA (Chief, Learning and Career Management Branch). His earlier positions included HR Director roles in the private sector, primarily in the telecommunication industry.

Pierre Moreau-Péron graduated from the Ecole des Sciences Politiques de Paris ("Sciences Po") in 1982.
