Raymond Mubayiwa is a seasoned professional in monitoring and evaluation with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Evaluation Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since September 2021, Raymond has significantly contributed to Country Strategy and Programme Evaluations, focusing on rural poverty impact and sustainability.
