Raymond Mubayiwa

Raymond Mubayiwa is a seasoned professional in monitoring and evaluation with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Evaluation Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since September 2021, Raymond has significantly contributed to Country Strategy and Programme Evaluations, focusing on rural poverty impact and sustainability. Prior roles include Senior Researcher at The CSR Group Africa Limited, where technical methodologies and fieldwork were overseen, and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at UNICEF, where emergency preparedness plans were developed. Additionally, experience at Oxfam GB involved leading food security assessments and M&E frameworks, while earlier positions at the World Food Programme encompassed policy input on monitoring systems and coordination of food aid program activities. Raymond holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe.
